EMSA North is Hosting our Free-Kicks event, open to players who are currently not registered or have not been registered in soccer before. This event is open to newcomers to Canada or any other youth who have not had the means to participate in Soccer.

What Is it About?

In conjunction with Canada Soccer and IDEA, EMSA North is committed to breaking barriers to soccer. This free event will be held May 11th for U7 to U11 age groups. The event will be led by the EMSA North Technical Leads who will put together a 1 hour age and stage specific lesson plan. In partnership with Sport Central, EMSA North is also able to provide the players with shoes, shin pads and shorts if they require it. Each participant will also receive a free gift!

The goal? To draw in normally underserved youth and to allow them to experience soccer. Once their session is completed they will be invited inside to register for the EMSA North Summer League, this is our FOR FUN only LOW COST summer program. Staff will be equipped on site to handle any financial barriers preventing the athletes participation, including access to funding sources and the EMSA North funded hardship fund.

NOTE: The event requires a $10.00 deposit online when registering, but that is only to secure the spot and is fully refundable upon attendance.
