The renter is responsible to obtain Insurance and liability for their event.

Rental Rates

Sunday-Thursday: under 10 hours: $45 /hour

Sunday – Thursday Full day: $400.00

Friday/Saturday

Full day (12 hours max) – $600

Weekend Package

Friday from 6pm to Sunday at noon – $950

What is Needed for Facility Rental

Liability insurance
Deposit on booking
Contract signing and rental deposit is due seven days prior to event
Liquor license (if applicable) on day of rental

NO REFUND OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT IF CANCELLED LESS THAN THREE DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT

PLEASE NOTE: The hall is not available for rent on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or Boxing Day.

Delton Community League Members are eligible for a 15% discount. A member is defined as “someone who is a current member in good standing of Delton Community League for a period of 3 months or more.”
