Mandatory Checklist:
- Damage Deposit: Due on booking to hold date.
- Rental Fee: Due in full 7 days prior to event.
- Insurance: $2M Liability Policy naming Delton Community League (e.g., via Duuo or Zensurance).
- AGLC Permit: Required on-site if alcohol is served.
Spaces Available
- Main Hall: Seating capacity up to 220 guests. Includes raised stage with podium and projection screen. Can be rented with or without commercial kitchen/bar.
- Meeting Room: Ideal for smaller board or group meetings.
- Multi-Purpose Room: Flexible space for workshops or activities.
- Outdoor Space: Large fenced grass area featuring an outdoor firepit.
