Facilities and Rental
Spaces that could be rented include our main hall (with or without the kitchen or bar), meeting room, and/or multi-purpose space. *The only location with a projector is our main hall*
Hall seating capacity is 220 people. It is the responsibility of the renter to obtain Insurance and liability for their event, The link below is for a company that many community leagues suggest to their renters.
Rental Rates
Meetings
2-4 hours max. - $75 per hour
Sunday-Thursday
4 hours max - $200
Full day (10 hours) - $400.00
Friday/Saturday
Full day (12 hours max) - $550
Weekend Package
Friday from 6pm to Sunday at 1:30pm - $850

- Audio/visual system - please note our system does not support Mac computers/laptops. You will need to bring your own HDMI cable

- Large fenced grass area
What is Needed for Facility Rental
- Liability insurance through house insurance or NFP
- Deposit on booking (what the rental price is)
- Contract signing and rental is due seven days prior to event
- Liquor license on day of rental

PLEASE NOTE: The hall is not available for rent on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or Boxing Day.
Delton Community League Members are eligible for a 15% discount. A member is defined as "someone who is a current member in good standing of Delton Community League for a period of 3 months."
