Every Brilliant Thing was an off-Broadway hit – a one-actor play with an element of audience involvement. Starting as a child when his mother who battles chronic depression attempts suicide, the narrator builds a list of the brilliant things that make life worth living. Although it deals with heavy material, the play is touching, funny and life affirming. Come on this inspiring journey with actor Trevor McTavish, directed by Rayna Pohorelic.
This event is organized by Robertson-Wesley United Church to raise funds to sponsor a refugee family originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Entry is by donation and includes a non-alcoholic drink and dessert. Jun 25th, 2022. Doors open at 7:00 pm, with the play starting at 7:30 pm.
